The Space:
As you step inside, you'll be transported to an oasis of seamless flow and open concept design between kitchen, dining and living areas. The bright and modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the tools you’ll need to make delicious meals from home. Additional small appliances for your convenience include a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender and Margaritaville Margarita Machine ( because it’s 5 ‘o’ clock somewhere). You will just love the cozy atmosphere where you can unwind and relax after a long day at the parks. Ideal for families and groups traveling to Disney, this wonderfully appointed home will have you seeing the sights daily, just miles away!

Please note this is a private villa and as such Guests do NOT have access to the Owner’s-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called "The Fins Up Club." Although with a spa treatment or service from the Spa you are gifted a full day pass

Guest Access:
Everything is included with your stay except for the hotel pool and hotel gym. Those two areas operate under a private membership that only the hotel guests and cottage owners have access to. Most guests purchase season passes to the Margaritaville waterpark called "Island H2O" with the money they save from not having to pay a resort fee and lower nightly rates :)
With your stay, you have access to the Hotel Restaurants, arcade, dog park, playgrounds and the entire downtown areas called Sunset Walk.
